Reporting Guidelines
At Clean Social, we rely on our community to help maintain a safe and positive environment. This page
explains how our reporting system works and what happens after you flag content.
How to Report Content
You can report any post or comment that violates our community standards:
- Tap the More (three dots) menu on any post.
- Select Report.
- Choose the most relevant reason (e.g., Harassment, Spam, Inappropriate Content).
- Submit your report.
Note: All reports are anonymous. The user who posted the content will not know who reported
them.
What Happens Next?
Once a report is submitted, our moderation team (and automated systems) will take the following steps:
- Review: The content is queued for review by a human moderator.
- Action: If a violation is found, the content may be removed, and the author may receive
a warning or an account suspension.
- Feedback: In some cases, we may notify you of the action taken via an in-app
notification.
Community Standards
We do not tolerate:
- Hate speech or discrimination.
- Harassment or targeted bullying.
- Sexually explicit or violent content.
- Spam, scams, or misleading information.
False Reporting
Please note that intentional abuse of the reporting system (submitting numerous false reports) may lead to
account restrictions for the reporter. We want to keep our tools focused on genuine safety issues.
